Laura Latimer creates sculpture, environmental works, and large-scale installations that explore our ever-growing footprint on the planet and the impact of human construction on biological systems. She has constructed site-specific artworks at Clamp Light Gallery in San Antonio, Box 13 ArtSpace in Houston, Austin City Hall, and multiple Central Texas art venues. Her work has also been exhibited at UTSA, Illinois State Museum, and Fort Wayne Museum of Art in Indiana. Most recently, she was selected as a Dimension Gallery 2019/2020 Fellowship Artist and completed visual artist residencies in Minnesota and Washington State.
